Colossal o Oceano,
De colossal o oceano,
Imortal o sono,
Os sentidos belos
E a magia de todos que me inspiram; inspiraram-me
Inclusive os ventos, as tempestades, as ondas e o iodo,
De verdade minha ânsia é de naufragar no azul do mar,
Colossal o oceano, profundo.
Serei eu o lastro fundido mais fundo deposto
Quando da criação dos inquietos
Mares deste e doutros mundos,
Imortal o sono nos rostos, profano o Mar-Morto.
