No puxar da linha,
Vem sentimento a prumo,
Ardente em queixume.
No puxar da linha
Mão firme,
Que domina,
Frio e fome.
Anzol entranhado
Entre guelras de esperança,
Vivos com escamas,
Saltando, da água saindo…
Mesmo à tardinha
No puxar da linha,
Esperança e alegria,
Pró jantar levar.
Pescador senhor
Sofrimento e dor,
Puxa linha e anzol,
Com carinho e amor…
