DIA DA ÁRVORE E DA POESIA
Domingo, dia de descanso e reflexão
Fui passear fui visitar a floresta
Respirar o oxigénio que ela nos dá
Aproveitar a sombra que ela empresta
E que bem que tudo faz ao coração.
Uma bela homenagem, hoje é o seu dia
Então, sentei-me à sombra a descansar
Peguei na caneta e comecei a escrever
Uns versos para que todos possam ler
A homenagem justa, à árvore e à poesia.
Como eu senti bater alegre meu coração
Depois de ter admirado toda a beleza
Da floresta que ajudou a me inspirar
Em pensamento me ajudou a criticar
A destruição da Amazona; por qual razão?
