Falta de Civismo

Porque será que existe tanta falta de civismo nos condutores Portugueses?
Já não respeitam os sinais luminosos, pois passam sempre o mesmo quando estão vermelho, em excesso de velocidade. Muitas vezes nem respeitam os peões que vão tentar passar nas passadeiras.
Para além da grande falta de civismo, são irresponsáveis e egoístas, porque pensam que ter um volante nas mãos são os maiores.
Pura ignorância…
