Creme de coentros
Ingredientes:
3 batatas
1/2 fatia de abóbora
1 cebola
1 dente de alho
Metade de uma courgette
Metade de um chuchu
Metade de um molho de coentros
Sal q.b.
Gengibre ralado q.b.
Azeite q.b.
Preparação:
Leve tudo a cozer (à excepção do azeite e do gengibre) em água temperada com sal.
Quando estiver tudo bem cozido passe com a varinha de modo a obter um creme aveludado.
Rectifique os tempero com sal, adicione o azeite e o gengibre e deixe ferver alguns minutos.
