PUDIM DE PÃO
Ingredientes para 6 pessoas
250g de açúcar
400g de pão de forma
5 Ovos
2 Iogurtes líquidos de Morango-Banana
2dl de leite magro
Modo de Preparação (passo a passo)
1- Numa tigela coloque as fatias de pão de forma cortadas em pedaços, regue com os iogurtes e o leite (morno ou frio) e deixe repousar durante 10 minutos. Entretanto, leve ao lume uma frigideira com 100g de açúcar e 1dl de água e deixe ferver até ficar em caramelo.
2- Na mistura do pão junte também os ovos e o restante açúcar. Misture e bata no liquidificador ou com a varinha mágica, até obter uma mistura lisa.
3- Verta o preparado anterior para a forma de pudim previamente untada com caramelo e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºc, em banho-maria, durante 45 minutos. Retire do forno, deixe arrefecer dentro do banho-maria, desenforme e sirva decorado a gosto.
