BOLO DAS IRMÃS

Ingredientes:

6 Ovos
2 Copos de açúcar
2 Copos de farinha
1 Copo de leite
1 Copo de óleo
1 Copo de vidrado de casca de laranja
Uma colher de sobremesa de canela
Uma colher de sobremesa fermento margarina q.b.

Preparação:

Pique a casca da laranja, e reserve.
Junte os ovos com o açúcar um a um batendo em cada adição.
Deite a farinha já misturada com a canela e o fermento.
Vá batendo sempre.
Junte o leite e o óleo e por fim a casca da laranja.
Leve ao forno numa forma de chaminé untada e polvilhada a uma temperatura de 180graus durante 55 minutos.

Este bolo fica húmido e muito fofo…
