Pão-de-Ló com Amêndoa

Ingredientes:

300 g. de açúcar
4 Ovos
300 g de amêndoa triturada
Açúcar pilé q.b.

Preparação:

Bata as gemas com o açúcar até obter um creme esbranquiçado
Depois misture a amêndoa triturada e misture muito bem.
Envolva as claras em castelo neste preparado, mas com suavidade.
Coloque esta massa numa forma untada e forrada com papel vegetal, também untado. Ponha a cozer a 160º C durante 50 minutos.

Desenforme morno e decore com açúcar pilé.
