Refresco de Papaia

Ingredientes

Para 4 pessoas
400 g de papaia (limpa de sementes e casca)
4 dl de água
4 colheres de sopa de açúcar
6 a 7 laranjas
½ limão
gelo picado

Preparação

Reduza a papaia a puré com a varinha ou no copo liquidificador.

Leve ao lume a água com o açúcar e a raspa da casca de 1 laranja. Deixe ferver até o açúcar estar completamente derretido.

Esprema as laranjas e misture 4 dl do seu sumo com o sumo do limão e a polpa da papaia. Deite num jarro e junte a calda de açúcar. Misture bem e leve ao frigorífico durante pelo menos 1 hora.

Sirva em copos altos com gelo picado.
