Cocktail Tropical

Ingredientes

Para 4 pessoas
4 abacaxis pequenos
1 papaia madura
4 maracujás
2 dl de leite
12 colheres de sopa de gelo bem picadinho
morangos a gosto

Preparação

Corte uma tampa aos abacaxis e escave a polpa no seu interior com uma faca bem afiada. Corte parte da polpa em cubos e reserve. Deite a restante polpa e suco no copo liquidificador.
Adicione a papaia, previamente pelada e limpa de sementes, feita em bocadinhos e o sumo dos maracujás coado.

Junte o leite e bata no liquidificador durante 5 minutos. Misture com o gelo picadinho e distribua pelos abacaxis.

Enfie os cubinhos de abacaxi reservados em espetos de madeira, alternando com morangos, previamente lavados e enxutos.

Coloque 2 palhinhas em cada abacaxi, por cima cubra com a tampa retirada e sirva com as espetadas de fruta.
