Licor de Maracujá
Ingredientes
Para 4 pessoas
750 g de açúcar
5 dl de água
12 maracujás (sumarentos)
1 l de aguardente (ou de álcool a 90 °C)
Preparação
Misture o açúcar com a água e leve a ferver sobre lume brando durante 10 minutos.
Entretanto, lave e abra os maracujás ao meio e retire-lhes as sementes e o suco. Adicione à calda de açúcar e leve de novo ao lume. Deixe ferver suavemente mais 5 minutos.
Retire do lume, junte a aguardente, mexa e deite para uma garrafa. Guarde ao abrigo da luz durante cerca de 15 dias, agitando o frasco todos os dias.
