Amêijoas à S. Cristóvão

Ingredientes:

* 1 kg de amêijoas
* 3 colheres de sopa de azeite
* 1 colher de sopa de pingo (de presunto de preferência)
* 3 dentes de alho
* 1 colher de chá de mostarda
* pimenta
* alguns pingo de molho inglês
* piripiri
* sumo de limão
* 1 ramo de salsa

Confecção:

No fundo de uma cataplana ponha as gorduras e, quando estiverem bem quentes, junte os dentes de alho e tempere com mostarda, pimenta, molho inglês, piripiri e deixe alourar.
Junte as amêijoas e regue-as com o sumo de limão.
Introduza na cataplana o ramo de salsa e feche.
Deixe cozer durante 10 a 15 minutos.
Sirva imediatamente.
