Eu diria antes que a felicidade é o equilíbrio entre os sentimentos e a razão.
A felicidade existe, sendo que felicidade seria harmonia e bem estar, quando a mente ou o intelecto, o coração e a vontade ou o lado criativo estão em perfeito equilíbrio!

Mas é óbvio que esse equilíbrio é como os pratos de uma balança. Tem de ser sistematicamente ajustado!
