A Biblioteca Municipal associa-se à efeméride que evoca o nascimento de Louis Braille e a sua acção em prol da integração dos cidadãos com deficiência visual, promovendo uma mostra documental, como forma de divulgação da sua colecção de documentos Braille e noutro tipo de suportes adaptados a utilizadores com necessidades especiais.
