For a muse of divine dreams

Take your time and you will gracefully know
by trailing these words with serenity, forgetting anguish,
that oceans of pleasurable insanity awaited
where ashes dwelled in misery not so long ago.

Inducing shame and regret to burdened souls
that felt nothing but pain when a smile was to greet,
there were sickening cravings as night unfolded
and light was nowhere to be seen.

Raised in horizons of grieving sleep,
born so proud of being laid in poems
where majesty took the time to forge romantic seeds,
to find them punished for yearning to be free.

Their steps were unfolded as ruins graced their eyes,
for the ones that love too much
have sometimes melancholy as a guide,
a bitter sympathy for those who crave more than sighs.

They whispered their sadness to the enchanted sky,
hoping that there would be more than silent stars
and moonlight waves to adorn their life,
desiring a gentle breeze to calm their disenchanted hearts.

One night, as in a dream, a summer breeze unfolded the sky,
and an angel granted them his precious esteem.
The words were of richness and grandiose valour,
to find themselves across land and sea,
to cripple what was crippling their beliefs,
to seize them in a “forevermore” ballet of precious poetry.

With time, they told of nothing more to the ruins
that the Past had burnt while laughing at tears,
for they knew now that there would be no more solitude as a bed
as their beings were filled with ever growing love,
the dazzling, fiery, scented insanity that would rule over the years.

Now, as they close their eyes and sleep enchants,
knowing that an angel has greeted them with joy,
the embracing calm that paints this romance,
lets them wander through landscapes of scented beliefs.

Finally together, melting passion with their bodies,
two hearts, two souls, two minds
swept way with the ever glowing fantasy
brought from a miserable death to a always passionate and treasured life!!!
