As folhas secas

Vendo as folhas secas

espalhadas pelas ruas,

onde antes havia terra,

cimento e asfalto, hoje coberta

 

Vendo o varredor

cantando a recolher

cada folha da acácia,

cada fruto da amendoeira

 

Imagino o tempo

em que as folhas

cumpriam seu ciclo

adubando o solo.
