Paté de Abacate

Ingredientes:

1 abacate
1/2 colher sobremesa de mostarda
1/2 colher (café) de sal
1 colher (sopa) de azeitonas fatiadas
1/3 de alho
1/2 limão
1/2 cebola
Pimenta q.b.

Preparação:

Coloque todos os ingredientes na picadora e triture até ficar uma pasta lisa.
Leve ao frigorífico para ficar fresco.
No momento de servir, acompanhe com uns triângulos de milho com sabor a queijo.

Observações:

Bom com qualquer tipo de tiras de milho
