Queijada (Tarte)
Ingredientes:
1 iogurte natural
Usar o copo de iogurte vazio para as medidas:
2 medidas de açúcar (1 medida e meia para os menos gulosos)
2 medidas de farinha
4 medidas de leite
3 ovos grandes
Preparação:
Junte todos os ingredientes. Passe tudo pela varinha mágica.
Coloque numa forma redonda, sem buraco, ou use uma tarteira.
Untar e polvilhar a forma.
Coze a 180 graus durante cerca de 30 a 40 minutos.
Observações:
Fica uma tarte húmida, tipo queijada. A cozedura verifica-se com um palito mas este não fica completamente seco pois a queijada é húmida.
