MIGAS DOCES

Ingredientes:

12 Ovos
18 Colheres de sopa de açúcar
125g de miolo de noz
Canela

Preparação:

Misture os ovos com o açúcar, bata e leve a lume brando até começar a engrossar. Retire do lume, mexa novamente, junte a noz partida aos bocadinhos e deite numa travessa.
Polvilhe com canela.
