Bolo Camomila
Ingredientes:
2 iogurtes de camomila
4 copos (iogurte) de farinha
3 copos (iogurte) de açúcar
1/2 copo (iogurte) de óleo
1 colher de fermento
4 ovos
1/2 chávena de chá de camomila forte
Preparação:
Com a batedeira, bata todos os ingredientes (à excepção do chá) durante 5 minutos.
Coloque a massa numa forma previamente untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha. Leve a forno médio (180ºC) a cozer por 30 minutos.
Findo este tempo, desenforme com o bolo ainda quente e com a ajuda de um palito vá regando o bolo com o chá de camomila, tendo o cuidado de não colocar demais!!!
