CALULU DE CARNE SECA
Ingredientes:
1 kg de carne seca
1 Cebola grande
3 Tomates grandes
2 Dentes de alho
1/2 kg de quiabos
2 Curgetes ou beringela
Óleo de palma
Folhas de batata-doce ou folhas de mandioca (gimboa)
Preparação:
Demolha-se a carne seca salgada, põe-se a cozer com alho.
Quando estiver quase cozida, junta-se os tomates, a cebola, os curgetes, as folhas de batata doce, os quiabos e o óleo de palma, quando estiver cozido, serve-se com funge e feijão de óleo de palma.
