Sumo de tomate vitaminado

Ingredientes

Para 2 pessoas
1 cenoura tenra
2 a 3 tomates carnudos e bem maduros (± 2 dl de sumo)
1 laranja sumarenta (± 1,5 dl de sumo)
2 dl de água gelada
2 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo
4 colheres de sopa de gelo picado
2 a 3 folhas de hortelã

Preparação

Pele a cenoura, rale-a em fios e coloque-a no copo misturador.

Pele o tomate, limpe-o de sementes e junte-o à cenoura.

Esprema a laranja e deite o sumo no copo misturador. Triture tudo até obter um creme liso. Adicione o açúcar e a água gelada e bata de novo no copo misturador.

Distribua o gelo picado pelos copos e por cima deite o sumo. Perfume e enfeite com as folhas de hortelã.
