Alface Surpresa

Ingredientes:

* 1 alface
* 50 grs. de queijo Roquefort
* 50 grs. de requeijão
* 150 grs. de cenouras raladas
* 100 grs. de tomates picados
* 100 grs. de pimento verde picado
* sal q.b.
* pimenta moída na altura q.b.
* azeite q.b.
* umas gotas de vinagre

Confecção:

Misturam-se os dois queijos com os demais ingredientes, menos a alface, misturando o azeite suficiente para obter uma mistura homogénea.
lava-se muito bem a alface em várias águas e abre-se com cuidado para que as suas folhas não se soltem.
Entre cada uma, põe-se um pouco do preparado anterior.
Fecham-se as folhas, envolve-se a alface em papel vegetal e leva-se ao frigorífico até ao momento de servir.
Corta-se então em rodelas que se colocam numa travessa.
Serve-se muito fria.
