Da terra caí no chão.
Andei por mar, e por terra,
Pela India, e pela China,
Aturei fome canina,
Com que muita gente berra:
Supportei de Amor a guerra,
Tive uma certa paixão,
E outros males, que são
Proprios de quem sabe amar;
Só me faltava glosar:
«Da terra caí no chão!»
