SABE QUEM ELE É?

 

Quem se safou do dilúvio?
Foi Moisés ou Maomé?
Sou ignorante e piedosa,
e moro na escada da Sé.

Nenhum padre, nem pastor
me falou sobre Jesus.
Pode ser santo ou impostor,
nenhum deles me seduz.

Não importa quem Jesus seja,
não importa quem ele é,
ou se está em mim ou na Igreja.
Nada abala a minha fé.

Sei recitar, sei louvar,
é pra pedir que aqui eu vim.
Estou ancorada na prece
que nasce dentro de mim.

Não queira me vender a fé
pois ela não é produto.
Me parece que ele é:
um santo e bendito fruto.

Ele está vivo de novo
e reinando eternamente.
Tá comigo e com seu povo,
e ele está dentro da gente.
