Por sobre a terra
se estendem ruas e caminhos mil,
mas levam todos ao mesmo fim.
De dois em dois, de três em três,
indo a pé ou a cavalo,
o último passo,
sózinho hás de dá-lo.
Não há portanto,
saber nem poder algum maior
do que o difícil
a gente fazer só...
