Grão com Rabo de Boi
Ingredientes: (para 4 pessoas)
0,5 kg de grão
1 Rabo de boi
1 Cebola
300 g de abóbora
100 g de toucinho salgado
2 Colheres de concentrado de tomate
4 Cravos da índia
1 Ramo de hortelã
Sal q.b.
Preparação:
Parta o rabo de boi em bocados e coza-o coberto de água, juntamente com os restantes ingredientes durante 45 minutos, na panela de pressão.
Adicione o grão previamente demolhado e leve novamente ao lume, na panela de pressão, durante 15 minutos.
Rectifique o sal.
Sirva com um ramo de hortelã.
