Tarte de Amêndoa
Ingredientes:
300 g de açúcar
5 Ovos
5 Gemas
180 g de amêndoas
30 g de coco
1,5 dl de água
Preparação:
Ponha o açucar ao lume com a água e deixe ferver até atingir ponto de fio forte.
Junte as gemas aos ovos e deite a calda sobre estes, mexendo de forma enérgica.
Em seguida junte o miolo de amêndoa finamente picado e o coco.
Coloque esta massa dentro de formas de tarte, previamente forradas com massa tenra. Polvilhe com açúcar em pó e leve a cozer em forno fraco.
Sirva depois de frio e polvilhe com mais um pouco de açúcar em pó.
Massa Tenra
Ingredientes:
200 g de farinha
1 Colher de sopa de azeite e vinagre
1 Pitada de sal
Água fria q.b.
Preparação:
Ponha a farinha numa tigela.
Adicione o azeite, o vinagre e a pitada de sal.
Envolva bem e adicione aos poucos a água até obter uma massa fácil de moldar.
Faça uma bola e deixe, tapada, em repouso durante cerca de 15 minutos.
Depois, estenda a massa numa superfície enfarinhada até ficar bem fina.
Forre as formas com a massa.
