PÃO-DE-LÓ DE ÁGUA

Ingredientes:

225 g de açúcar
150 g de farinha
5 Ovos
1 Colherzinha de fermento
3 "Meias cascas" de ovo cheias de água

Preparação:

Bate-se as gemas com o açúcar.
Junta-se a água, a farinha e o fermento.
Bate-se as claras em castelo e junta-se á massa.

Mistura-se tudo muito bem e vai ao forno cerca de 45 minutos.
