Licor de rainhas Claúdia

Ingredientes

1 unidades.
600 g de ameixas rainha cláudia
1 vagem de baunilha
300 g de açúcar
1 litro de aguardente

Preparação

Lave e enxugue muito bem as ameixas. Abra-as ao meio mas mantenha o caroço.

Deite as ameixas cortadas num frasco de boca larga, junte a vagem de baunilha aberta ao meio e polvilhe com o açúcar. Deixe macerar no frigorífico até o açúcar estar completamente dissolvido.

Junte a aguardente, rolhe o frasco e deixe em infusão durante 1 mês em local fresco e ao abrigo da luz. Agite o frasco todos os dias.

Ao fim deste tempo coe o líquido através de um filtro para uma garrafa.
