Polvo Assado na Brasa

Ingredientes:

1,5 kg de polvo
12 Batatas
2 dl de azeite
3 Dentes de alho
1 Cebola
1 Ramo de salsa

Preparação:

O polvo é lavado, limpo e sovado antes de ir para a grelha para que fique tenro.
Grelha-se o polvo na brasa.
Cozem-se as batatas.
Entretanto, picam-se os alhos, a salsa e a cebola e junta-se o azeite.
Coloca-se o polvo numa travessa depois de grelhado e as batatas cozidas à volta do polvo e rega-se tudo com o molho.

Nota - As batatas também podem ser assadas no forno ou na grelha, envolvidas em papel de alumínio.
