LICOR DE LARANJA

Ingredientes:

75 gr de cascas de laranja
0,5 Litro de aguardente
600 gr de açúcar
3,5 dl de água

Preparação:

Escolha laranjas de casca fina, retire-a e corte em tiras muito fininhas.
Misture na aguardente e deixe em repouso durante uma semana.
Depois, escorra, lave com a água e escorra novamente.
Misture num tachinho esta água com o açúcar e deixe ferver em lume moderado até atingir ponto de pérola.
Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer.
Misture com a aguardente e filtre com um passador fino, ou mesmo um pano.

Guarde em garrafas.
