BOLO DE MAÇÃ

Ingredientes:

4 Ovos e pesa-los
150 g de manteiga
1 Cálice de Vinho do Porto
O peso dos ovos em açúcar
O peso dos ovos em farinha
1 Colher (chá) fermento
1 Pitada de sal

Preparação:

Misturam-se todos os ingredientes incluindo 2 maçãs cortadas em cubinhos.
Depois de untada e enfarinhada uma forma redonda, colocam-se no fundo fatias finas das restantes maçãs.
Deita-se por cima o preparado anterior e leva-se ao forno a 180º C.
Depois de desenformar polvilha-se o bolo com a canela.

Nota - Se preferir, pode untar o fundo da forma com caramelo liquido e só depois colocar as fatias de maçã.
