Bolo Delícia

Ingredientes:

250 g de açúcar
15 Gemas
150 g de amêndoa ralada
35 g de manteiga
2,5 g de canela
25 g de abóbora em calda
100 g de doce de gila
Fios de ovos q.b.

Preparação:

Junte a água com o açúcar até obter ponto de fio.
Coloque sobre as gemas, mexendo de forma enérgica.
Adicione a amêndoa, a manteiga e a abóbora em tirinhas finas.
Leve de novo ao lume para engrossar.
Verta o preparado numa forma redonda bem untada, em camadas alternadas com a canela e a gila.
Leve ao forno entre 90º C a 120º C, durante 30 a 40 minutos.
Pode ainda levar a forma ao lume sobre uma chapa, apenas para secar.

Decore com fios de ovos.
