ÁGUAS

 

 

Quem dera este azul
oceânico
fora meus olhos,
e que, buscando marítimos horizontes,
de vagas e de espumas crinalvas,
lá repousassem,
em ilha encontrada,
a eterna sabedoria.

Que ao homem a pertença
fosse já reconhecida.

E de rosto ao mar,
o que aos olhos é dado guardar,
soubesse ele,
em último gesto,
nas águas deixar
derradeiro latejar.
