Até ao amanhecer
Deitei o corpo no leito
enrolei os joelhos
para bem junto do peito!
Os lençóis brancos
tocam o meu corpo morno…
O sono vagueia
em acordes da mente!
Não durmo…
Tenho as entranhas do âmago
em vertigens alucinadas…
Tenho fome e sede!
Não, não me tragas águas
aos lábios secos,
nem pão
para o estômago em ecos…
Tenho o silêncio agarrado à tez!
São gritos profundos da mudez…
Tenho fome e sede!
Mas não é o mundo que os sacia…
É o infindável horizonte
o mesmo que alimenta a natureza…
A água que escorre nos bosques
e nutre toda a floresta virgem…
Perco o olhar na luz dos prados
o sono desperta a mente até ao amanhecer…
