O POETA QUE VIVE EM MIM

Este tempo em mim maldito!
Me deixa como ave lenta
Despida de penas
E palavras em que não acredito.
São apenas...
Dores que o Poeta inventa!
Mas Poeta é livre como o vento
Em seus versos canta, sofre e respira
Seu céu ora é azul, ora cinzento
E vê e ouve o que mais ninguém viu ou ouvira.

Grande é a sua sede de viver
Inventa histórias de memórias esquecidas
Saem-lhe palavras para oferecer
De utopia suas idéias tráz vestidas.

Não controla as emoções, é a verdade
O Poeta vagueia pela loucura
Vive falando da saudade
Faminto de sonhos e de ternura.

Às vezes mais morto que vivo
Há nele sempre um mar de esperança
E um velho menino adormecido
Sonhando ser ainda uma criança.
