Bolo de Mel

Ingredientes:

245 g de açúcar
300 g de farinha de trigo
8 Ovos
1,5 dl de azeite
1/4 l de mel
10 g de fermento em pó

Preparação:

Bata as gemas com o açúcar, muito bem.
À parte, num tacho ponha o azeite e o mel que se leva ao lume para aquecer.
Depois, deixe arrefecer e junte ao açúcar batido com as gemas
Coloque a farinha peneirada com o fermento e por último as claras em castelo.
Ponha o preparado num tabuleiro untado com manteiga e polvilhado com a farinha. Leve ao forno a cozer, cerca de 1 hora e 30 minutos a 2 horas.

Depois de frio corte aos quadrados.

Também se pode cozer numa forma.

Decore a gosto.
