Vitamina de morangos e citrinos com cenoura

Ingredientes

6 unidades.
600 g de morangos
açúcar
3 a 4 laranjas
2 limões
1 cenoura
água
folhas de hortelã (opcional)

Preparação

Lave os morangos tire-lhes os pés, corte-os ao meio e coloque-os dentro de um jarro alto e largo com capacidade para 1,5 a 2 l.

Junte açúcar, a gosto.

Espremas as laranjas e os limões e deite o sumo sobre os morangos.

Pele e rale a cenoura e junte aos frutos. Reserve no frigorífico até à altura de servir.

Triture tudo com a varinha mágica e junte água bem gelada até encher o jarro.

Rectifique o açúcar se achar necessário e enfeite com folhas de hortelã
