Sangria branca

Ingredientes

Para 8 pessoas
½ melão
100 g de bagos de uvas tintas
1 maçã granny smith
150 g de açúcar
1 pau de canela
pimenta de moinho
hortelã fresca
2 litros de vinho branco (bem fresco)
1,5 l de gasosa (bem fresca)
gelo

Preparação

Tire as sementes ao melão e molde a polpa em bolas com a ajuda de uma colher própria.

Lave e corte os bagos de uva ao meio. Retire-lhes as grainhas e junte ao melão.

Lave e corte a maçã em dados e junte-a aos restantes frutos. Adicione o açúcar, o pau de canela e um pé de hortelã.

Perfume com um pouco de pimenta moída na altura, mexa e reserve no frigorífico até o açúcar estar dissolvido.

Junte o vinho branco e a gasosa e distribua pelos jarros. Sirva com algumas pedras de gelo.
