Batata doce frita

Ingredientes:

500 grs de batata doce;
óleo para fritar;
açúcar;
canela.

Preparo:

Descascam-se as batatas e cortam às rodelas.
Seguidamente fritamos as mesmas.
São depois colocadas sobre papel absorvente.
Polvilhamos com canela e açúcar.
